So this year, the factory extended the vacation to 15 days, and the workers who did not go home would arrange some entertainment activities.
According to the responsible person of Houjie labor and Employment Service Center, the local has established a platform for cooperation with the major labor force. There are nearly 100 enterprises recruiting labor force in different places each year, of which about 70% of general practitioners are recruited.
