Wang Bing: in January 4th this year, mayor Cai Xiaoming said at the four plenary session of the three municipal committee that in 2008, we should promote the work of "two ports", "two roads", "two lines" and "one center".

Wang Genquan: first of all, we need to improve the system of policies and regulations, establish seamless links with the coastal areas in terms of institutional mechanisms, closely follow the policy trends of the country, fully absorb the good experience of coastal areas, and enrich the contents of the "ten systems".

Second, to further pform the functions of the government and achieve seamless docking in public services, the next step is to break the barriers of efficiency, projects, power funds, employment and land use.

Third, we must speed up the construction of material carriers to achieve seamless docking, including infrastructure construction such as pportation construction, including catering, hospitality, cultural and entertainment industries.

Deng Haiying: from the perspective of Ganzhou economic and Technological Development Zone, I think we should first continue to implement the policy of opening up to the outside world, and focus on the four major industrial clusters and six leading industries in the city.

Second, we should pay close attention to the impact of the new policy on the Pearl River Delta and the Fujian Delta region, and grasp the trend of the relocation enterprises in an all-round way.

Third, we must optimize the environment and speed up the construction of infrastructure in the areas of pportation, water conservancy, electricity, information and ecology, which are interconnected with the Pearl River Delta.

Fourth, we should improve the ancillary extension services, combine the park construction and the urbanization construction, and appropriately develop the three industries such as real estate, commerce, insurance, catering, entertainment and entertainment in the surrounding areas according to the development needs of the park, so as to enhance the carrying capacity and development potential of the Park.
