Yin Hongsheng and other 10 top ten designers in China are the chief designers of industrial consultants and leading enterprises, and have completed the direct docking with the heads of well-known stores in Shanghai, more than 50 domestic and foreign garment enterprises and capital investment companies, and urged the upgrading of the garment industry.
Rongcheng now has 920 garment enterprises and more than 2000 processing households.

The six major product lines, leisure and children's clothing products, thousands of varieties of industrial structure, the annual output of 450 million kinds of clothing (sets), the output value of 20 billion yuan, and products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions.
In recent years, the county has actively guided enterprises to enhance brand awareness, strengthen cooperation among enterprises, increase R & D efforts, speed up industrial agglomeration and upgrade industrial level, and actively promote the garment industry's business mode from production to processing.

During the 2010 World Expo, Rongcheng county held a successful Shanghai Hebei garment industry Shanghai Cooperation meeting.
In order to further learn from the advantages of clothing design talents, market, technology and capital in Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta region, and speed up cooperation with the garment industry in the Yangtze River Delta, the county once again organized 15 leading clothing enterprises to Shanghai and held three docking meetings. 10 famous domestic fashion designers, including ten top designers such as Wu Haiyan and Yin Hongsheng, were invited to be the chief designer of Rongcheng garment industry development consultant and leading enterprise.
At the same time, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai green Milan Plaza, Shanghai Dao Jie Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yi Nuo company and Shanghai Hao Xing Enterprise Development Co., Ltd.
