Last year was the special year of export product quality regulation. The Suzhou Bureau carried out targeted inspections of footwear manufacturers in the area under the Dongfeng special rectification of export products. Through inspection, the spirit of the national quality work conference was publicizing and implementing, and the quality awareness of footwear manufacturers was enhanced, so that enterprises firmly established the idea that enterprises are the first responsible persons of product quality, strengthened the self-discipline of enterprises, and maintained the international reputation of "made in China", and became the criteria for enterprises to consciously follow.

Strengthen the classified management of footwear manufacturers.

We must strictly implement the 51 order of the General Administration and the implementation rules for the classification management of the Jiangsu Bureau. We should adopt preferential measures to help enterprises of a sound quality and stable operation, encourage enterprises to strive for their own brands, reform the way of inspection and supervision, and fully implement the "annex ring inspection and monitoring method", so that these enterprises can enjoy the convenient and preferential measures such as paperless inspection and green channels, so as to realize the rapid clearance of export goods.

Two kinds of enterprises with quality management problems and three kinds of enterprises with unstable quality will be strengthened. The inspection results will be notable and the detection rate will be increased. The limited resources of inspection and quarantine can be allocated rationally so as to achieve effective supervision purposes.

Implementation of safety, sanitation and ring inspection control.

We should increase the safety testing of raw and auxiliary materials for enterprises, move the gateway forward, and control the quality of products from the source.

We should strengthen the quality control of key production processes, standardize the needle management system, strictly check the process shoes, and eliminate the hidden danger of quality.

The quality control of finished products has been strengthened, and batch inspection has been carried out on new structures, new processes and varieties of inspection, so as to ensure that the quality of export products meets the requirements of import country's technical regulations.

According to the technical requirements of import country trade and the requirements of China's inspection regulations, we have carried out safety tests on prohibited footwear such as azo dyes, formaldehyde and color fastness for export footwear, and strengthened the detection of safety items such as banned azo dyes, chlorophenols, nickel release and cadmium content in Italy shoes. Nearly 300 batches of products were detected throughout the year, and no major quality problems were found, which effectively ensured the safety of exported footwear.

Through special rectification and effective inspection and supervision, last year, the Suzhou Bureau of export shoes disposable inspection failed 6 batches, the amount of 68 thousand and 400 dollars, export batch inspection pass rate reached 99.8%, unqualified batches decreased 33.3% compared with the same period last year, the unqualified amount decreased by 40.2%, the overall quality of export quality has steadily increased, and achieved good results.
