In 2012, the Dalian Clothing Fair joined hands with Northeast Asia Trading Center to gradually turn this goal into reality.
Northeast Asia Trading Center is located near Dalian Port, adjacent to the CBD area, with convenient pportation, with more than 80 thousand square meters of exhibition space.
At that time, overseas brands who want to enter the Chinese market can enter the trading center and continue the exhibition directly after the Expo.
According to the plan, the Northeast Asian trading center will adopt international clothing in the first phase.

Direct selling stores will provide diversified integrated services to customers through the establishment of an internationally advanced comprehensive Internet platform. In addition to building 100 brand office buildings in the city's core business district, the center will now complete the planning and design, which is expected to be put into operation in 2013. In order to facilitate the brand enterprises to reduce costs, expand production scale and incubate in situ, it plans to develop and build a brand enterprise park in Pu Wan New District of northern Dalian, and plans to introduce 100 enterprises in the first phase. It is expected that in early 2013 there will be investment promotion conditions. Then, the Northeast Asian brand commodity trading center will form a diversified brand management pattern of "production, operation and wholesale, retail, exhibition integration, and sales network regionalization". The operation mode of the brand general agent introduces 300 international clothing and apparel brands, and implements brand promotion in 39 cities in China. Only 40 chains will be set up in Northeast China.
Through long-term market argumentation and the establishment of an increasingly mature operation and promotion system, the "on-site procurement bidding" activities put forward by the trading center will attract more fans at this CHIC exhibition.
