The World'S First Automatic Cheese Dyeing Machine Was Born.

Entrusted by the China Federation of textile industry, the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, on March 13~14, organized 9 experts, including Yao Mu, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering. In Tai'an, Shandong, the scientific and technological achievements of the "11th Five-Year" textile major sub item, Shandong Kangping Kangping Group Co., Ltd. and the General Research Institute of machinery science and technology jointly commissioned by the Chinese Academy of textile industry were carried out.
The members of the appraisal committee agreed that the digital automatic dyeing method and technology of the cheese yarn and the complete set of technical equipment and production line of automatic dyeing of the cheese based on the central control have reached the international leading level.
The appraisal will be chaired by Zhu Xianmin, vice chairman of China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, vice chairman of China Textile Industry Federation, Gao Yong.

The project innovatively developed the automatic dyeing technology and equipment of cheese based on central control. It broke through 10 key technologies, including central control unit, automatic dye weighing, automatic weighing of sodium sulfate, automatic humidity control, automatic dyeing, automatic dehydration, microwave drying, heat recovery and so on, and developed 18 sets of special equipment, such as microwave drying machine for bobbins, automatic weighing system for sodium sulfate, yarn dewatering robot, and central control software system.
The project has developed a complete set of digital automatic dyeing process for cheese based on central control, developed on-line humidifying, powder metering conveying and overflow dissolution integration, and microwave high efficiency drying technology, and solved the technical bottlenecks of integrated and uniform drying inside and outside of the yarn. The batching accuracy reached 0.1%, which ensured the accuracy of dye proportioning, and the repeated positioning accuracy of the grasping manipulator reached to + 0.05mm.
The project developed a central control software and hardware system with self-contained intellectual property rights, realized centralized control and intelligent scheduling of the dyeing process of the cheese, and increased the utilization ratio of the equipment 10% to 15%.
The central control system based on modular design can be applied to automatic dyeing of 30 ton / day to 100 ton / day cheese.
The production line established by the project can be connected seamlessly, and the production site is unmanned. In the 2 years of comprehensive operation, the rate of compliance has reached over 95%.
At present, the technology and equipment developed by the project have been applied to yarn dyeing of more than 10 raw materials, and the products are applied to more than 20 units directly.

This is the world's first autonomous technology, unmanned and fully automated dyeing equipment. It has realized a series of unmanned operations such as automatic color matching, automatic dyeing, automatic drying and so on, and has increased labor productivity and automation level.
At last, we have the equipment standing in front of the world, and we have demonstrative technical equipment.
Now labor costs increase by more than 20% a year, so the development of Kangping automatic dyeing equipment is of great practical significance.
