Investigate the basic situation of enterprises
In July 2011, the China Federation of textile industry social responsibility office and the project group of the children's rights and corporate social responsibility center of the Swiss Federation of children began a research activity for more than 4 months. The research team went deep into 6 textile food enterprises in 5 provinces of China, including Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Gansu and Guangdong, and obtained nearly 700 research samples, and completed the Research Report on caring for young workers of the new generation - listening to the voice of young workers after 80. It shows the feelings and evaluation of young workers' real work and life, basic life attitudes and aspirations, expectations and aspirations, worries and confusion, and future plans.
Of the 6 enterprises surveyed, 4 were clothing and textile enterprises, all located in the economically developed provinces in the eastern coastal areas, and 2 were beverage enterprises, belonging to the mainland enterprises. Although the 6 enterprises are relatively simple in type, the proportion of young workers in each enterprise is relatively high, and the proportion of young workers in an enterprise in Guangdong is nearly 80%.
Through the joint efforts of researchers and youth coordinators, nearly 700 research samples have been obtained, including 48 in-depth interviews with young workers, 60 interviews with young workers, in-depth interviews with 13 senior managers, 408 young workers, 18 young coordinators, and 71 young coordinators.
