    Dai Shengqiao said, "these brands are known to be from Italy, belong to a group in Italy, and imported from Italy, etc., indicating to consumers that they have some connection with Italy.

    We investigated the registration information of enterprises from the open database of the exhibition, China commerce and Industry Bureau website, trademark bureau website and so on for 1 years, and found that these information are all virtual.


    Dai Shengqiao took JAJEMoN (Jia Jia Meng) as an example to explain the whole process of forensic investigation.

    He said: "the brand belongs to Shanghai Jiali bedding Co., Ltd., which represents Italy from its website and brochure, and repeatedly uses Florence's geographical terms in advertisements.

    We found that the registration time of the company in 1999 was in 1999. All the people displayed in the China Trademark Office were "Italy Lewis Trading Co., Ltd.". On the trade mark website of Shanghai, we did not find any relevant information. Because the company was located in Italy Florence, we also verified the Italy Florence chamber of Commerce. The result is still no information of the company, and the address and telephone provided by it are also fabricated.

    In addition, the trademark registered in China is only "JAJEMoN", but in the process of using it, it has joined the Italy without authorization and has become "JAJEMoN Italy".

    This sign is enough to cause consumers' misunderstanding of their origin and deceive Chinese consumers.


    In addition, Dai Shengqiao showed their other brand evidence to reporters: the Beijing Texas fashion necktie Co. Ltd. announced on its brochure that it introduced the Nino Ferre brand in 2001, and called it the brand.

    There is a similar situation in the old man (International) Limited, Tian en Teti Limited (Hongkong) and Shanghai Heng Xuan Business Co., Ltd.


    After being exposed, some brands took the initiative to admit to the Italy intellectual property department that they were selling high prices and increasing sales volume to name "Italy", while others refused to recognize the source of counterfeit brands.

    The above cases show that most of the enterprises that have been identified as fake Italy brands are not registered in Italy at the moment. Can it be considered as long as they are registered in Italy?

    Italy Pochini International Group Co., Ltd., which listed the list of home furnishings, was confirmed as a Hongkong company and was founded in Hongkong in 2005.

    The "Pochini" trademark was only registered in Italy in 2010. It was later than the time when the trademark was registered in China, and all its citizens were Chinese citizens.

    The Intellectual Property Department of Italy identified the brand as "not a famous trademark in Italy".


    Dai Shengqiao said: "in addition to the real export brands from Italy, the brands of other countries can not be called Italy brands even if they are registered in Italy.

    Just as BMW motor also has a registered company and trademark in China, why do you think BMW is a German brand? This is because BMW's main components come from Germany, and the main production process is completed in Germany.

    The words "Italy brand" have strong sources suggesting that they are not simply registered trademarks, companies, or participated in the design by a Italy designer, or even quote and fabricate a Italy cultural story.

    Pochini does not have any capital injection from Italy, nor is it produced in Italy, so it can not be called Italy brand.
