We should conscientiously strengthen the leadership of sericultural pollution prevention work, make early deployment, implement the "two prevention" work responsibility system, and organize relevant departments to carry out supervision and inspection to ensure the safety of spring silkworm production within the jurisdiction area.

The circular requires that governments at all levels and relevant functional departments should continue to conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the "regulations governing the prevention of fluorine pollution in spring silkworms in Zhejiang". Other polluting enterprises in key silkworm areas and other polluting enterprises that cause damage to sericulture production will be suspended for 30 days during the spring silkworm production period, that is, from April 25th to May 25th.
