The researchers put forward the design scheme of high speed online weighing and labeling system for cotton bags around key links such as weighing, statistics, data pmission and digital labels.

After repeated demonstration and experiments, the design of high-speed online weighing and labeling system for cotton bags has been completed successfully.

Then, the researchers developed the prototype.

After field testing, the test prototype is operated quickly and conveniently, which can not only pmit the weight data of cotton in real time, but also record and print the inspection record labels, test the "identity card" for the cotton bags, display the weight of the cotton bags and the information of the goods.

The experiment proves that the system can effectively manage the weight, pportation, paction and inspection of cotton, and its unique high efficiency and rapidity can greatly reduce the logistics cost, reduce the error rate of cotton weighing, and at the same time make the whole inspection and quarantine management process highly efficient and pparent.

Practicability and strong national patent

On the basis of scientific research achievements, the Tianjin inspection and Quarantine Bureau has also designed a network platform design, data acquisition server, data pmission and label system for the online weighing and labeling system of cotton bales, and put forward a practical patent application to the State Intellectual Property Office.

The Intellectual Property Office of the State Intellectual Property Office has carried out a real trial of the project. It is believed that the patented technology has a dynamic, efficient and convenient software and hardware system. It can perform the pmission of weighing data online, and manage and statistics data. It shows the weight of the cotton bags and the information of goods through the label system, and realizes the label synchronization, human-machine interaction and data automatic collection of the cotton bales on-site, which can effectively improve the quality level of cotton quality management.

According to the appraisal, the project was first created in China, filling the blank of the same field in China and reaching the leading level in China.

The patent application was successfully passed through the State Intellectual Property Office and obtained the "utility model patent certificate".
