After investigation, the parties admitted that there was no letter of authorization of the owner of the goods mentioned above, nor could a complete entry list be provided.

Industrial and commercial personnel said that such acts of the parties violated the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China and constituted violations of the sale of goods that infringe the exclusive rights of registered trademarks. According to the relevant regulations, the Jimei industrial and commercial institute seized 188 pieces of articles involved in infringement of trademark exclusive rights on the spot.

In another clothing sales point, law enforcement officers also seized 59 counterfeit Dior, CK, LEE and other brand clothing.

It is understood that "Adidas", "Nike" and other brand-name sports equipment and clothing, the market price is more than three hundred or four hundred yuan, and fake brand-name shoes, clothing, low cost.

Some illegal traders aim at the characteristics of Jimei students' concentration and demand, and sell their counterfeit products around the campus to make huge profits.

At present, the industry and Commerce Department is putting the case on file for investigation.
