The senior intellectual property officer recommended that China formulate the intellectual property rights anti monopoly Ordinance as soon as possible. He said that although China passed the anti trust law last year, there were provisions on the regulation of abuse of intellectual property rights, but due to the lack of operability, it was impossible to effectively regulate the abuse of intellectual property rights in judicial practice. After the promulgation of the intellectual property rights anti monopoly Ordinance, it can serve as a supporting regulation of the anti-monopoly law. Aiming at the problems of China's current public information service system for trade related intellectual property rights and the lack of early warning mechanism, Li Yuguang hopes to jointly assume the responsibility of the State Intellectual Property and foreign trade work departments, establish and improve the trade related intellectual property database and public information service system at the national, provincial and industrial and industrial levels, establish a trade related early warning mechanism for intellectual property rights, and advocate and encourage enterprises, especially large enterprises, high-tech enterprises and import and export enterprises to establish and improve the trade related intellectual property emergency response mechanism.
