Philippines'S Clothing Industry Can Benefit From India'S Trade.

Miguel Varela, President of Philippines chamber of Commerce and industry (Miguel Varela), said that Philippines textile and garment producers and exporters could improve their product quality and benefit from trade with India.
At the exhibition organized by the Philippines synthetic and rayon Textile Export Promotion Association, Mr. Varela (Varela) of India synthetic and rayon textile producers and Exporters Association said that 15 India enterprises took part in the exhibition, representing the best show enterprises in India industry.
He said that this exhibition is a learning opportunity for Philippines textile and garment producers and exporters. They will find ways to improve the quality of products in the trade with India and benefit from it.
Mr. Varela added that although the clothing industry recognized Philippines as one of the main manufacturing industries, Philippines still lagged behind India in terms of production.
He said that such an Expo could help Philippines's garment industry recover.
Speaking of the time of the exposition, he said that the timing of the Expo will be perfect. At present, Philippines's economy is rising, and Commerce and trade are also growing.
