In view of the current shortage of labor and the difficulty of recruiting workers, the opinion points out: Clothing enterprise Those who employ graduates from polytechnic schools, who have signed more than 1 years' labor contracts and pay social insurance premiums according to the regulations, shall grant the social insurance allowance for the longest 3 years to the basic old-age pension, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance premiums paid by the enterprises. Partial subsidies will be given to the social insurance premiums paid by the graduates of secondary and technical secondary schools. The time limit for the subsidy is the same as the actual performance period of the labor contracts, and the maximum period is not more than 3 years. Enterprises absorb employment difficulties, and provide the social insurance premiums for the longest 3 years to the three basic social insurance premiums, such as basic old-age pension, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance.
