MANGO Fashion Awards Announced, Thailand Designers Win The First Prize.

Thailand designer Wisharawish Akarasantisook won the competition title, and won the prize of 300 thousand euros from MANGO chairman Isaacs anddick and British super model Kate Moss. Wisharawish Akarasantisook, who was born in 1982 and lived in Paris for four years, is the winner of the competition. This is the best opportunity to cooperate with MANGO, Akarasantisook.

When asked about the inspiration for the work, he said: after my father died, I returned to Thailand.

My main inspiration comes from the Buddhist temple architecture, as well as the observation of the close relationship between nature and the law of life and death. Besides, there are many details in this series.

The finalists, who compete with the champion Wisharawish Akarasantisook, the Thailand designer, for the 300 thousand euro award, include the two Spanish group Spastor, the French designer Christine Phung, the Japanese designer Takayuki Tanaka and Motoyuki Matsumoto, the Haesung Bong from South Korea, the designer Billy, the two from Finland, the German and Sweden groups, and the Japanese designers.

The ten participants in the fourth finals demonstrated their work in 20 plexiglass panels, located at the most symbolic Paseo de Gracia Avenue in Barcelona.
