In a judgment issued last week, the court stood on the Zara side about the right to sell red shoes.
The court of final appeal maintained its original decision in June 2011 to support the Spanish manufacturing giant Inditex group.

Louboutin was sentenced to pay 2500 euros (20128 yuan) to Zara.
The Inditex group has confirmed the verdict and said they would not continue appeals, but its lawyers declined to comment.
Christian Louboutin group's COO Alexis Mourot said the group will continue to defend its red shoes: "another red shoe logo application has been registered successfully, and we will fight against any infringement."
The court said that the trademark registered by Louboutin was too vague and did not have a detailed color reference range.
At the same time, as the focus of public discussion is whether a color can be monopolized as a trademark.
Louboutin has cancelled the trademark and is designing a new trademark, including more information and color range.
