After the European force, the French luxury giant MOET & CHANDON Hennessy LV (LVMH) Group acquired the French senior brand Arnys.

Arnys is an old French custom clothing store that can be traced back to 1933.
Founded in 1933 by famille Grimbert.
In the past 45 years, the brand has been managed by the Jean and Grimbert (Michel Grimbert), the third generation of the grand family of Jean Grimbert.

Recently, LVMH group decided to acquire a 100% stake in Arnys brand. The group hopes to promote the development of its footwear brand Berluti (Berluti) through this paction.
Berluti first introduced men's best ready-made garments in January 2012. After that, the brand will also provide customized services to customers.
In addition, LVMH's new senior menswear custom brand will be named "Berluti by Arnys", and the Arnys store will also change its name.
The head of the new store will be Berluti Alessandro Sartori, the brand design director of Italy, who was previously the creative director of Zegna Ermenegildo Zegna in Italy and entered the LVMH group in 2011. But after the purchase is completed, Michel Grimbert will continue to work in the new store.
