虎山路工商所的執(zhí)法人員在轄區(qū)內(nèi)巡查時,發(fā)現(xiàn)虎山路上一文體店銷售的“阿迪達(dá)斯”牌上衣和褲子的價(jià)格格外便宜,商場中動輒幾百元、上千元的“阿迪達(dá)斯”牌上衣在這里只賣70元,店主聲稱這些服裝都是外貿(mào)尾單,所以價(jià)格便宜,但質(zhì)量絕對沒有問題,執(zhí)法人員聽到后心存疑惑,立即對此攤位進(jìn)行了檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)這批“阿迪達(dá)斯”牌上衣的商標(biāo)是用彩色反光紙做的,放在光源處竟然閃閃發(fā)光,和正品的商標(biāo)大相徑庭,執(zhí)法人員立即要求店主提供所售商品的商標(biāo)授權(quán)使用許可證明,店主拿出來一份“授權(quán)經(jīng)銷店”的證明,因上面沒有蓋公章,執(zhí)法人員一看就知道是假的,執(zhí)法人員隨后讓店主進(jìn)貨發(fā)票以便查驗(yàn)服裝的來源,店主稱自己從來不索要進(jìn)貨發(fā)票,只字不提進(jìn)貨來源。
