Four. Work requirements

1, unpublished originality

Works shall not involve intellectual property rights or other legal disputes.

2, the style of the work is unique, ingenious in conception, skillful in techniques, novel in design and appropriate in hand painting.

3. The size of the entries is 27cm * 40cm.

4, entries must be uniformly mounted on 200~300g black cardboard, and the size of black cardboard is 38cm * 52cm.

Five, the establishment of awards

Gold award 1, award 5000 yuan.

Silver Award 2 Award 3000 yuan RMB

The bronze award is 2 RMB 2000 yuan.

Awards for excellence are 1000 RMB yuan.

The organizers will give honorary certificates to the winners of the outstanding prizes, and the honorary certificates and trophies will be awarded to the winners of the gold, silver and bronze prizes.

Fashion designers, art workers and teachers and students from all over the country (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) can participate.

1. Deadline for submission is September 18, 2012 (whichever is postmark).

2. The number of contributors per participant is unlimited, and the author of each work is restricted to 1 people.

3, the submitted work should be smooth, and the work size and mounting requirements do not meet the requirements.

4. Please indicate the name, name, unit, address, telephone and e-mail box on the back of the drawing.

5, the winners go to Beijing to participate in the awarding activities, and the pportation expenses are taken care of themselves. In Beijing, the accommodation fee (2 days) is borne by the sponsor.

6, the entries will not be refunded. The organizer has the right to publicize and display all entries.
