Recently, the Shaoxing inspection and Quarantine Bureau intercepted two batches of unqualified exports.

Two batches of woolen sweaters are not ready for pilling.

According to statistics, from 2012 to May, Shaoxing only exported 38 batches and 115 thousand and 600 pieces of sweaters, down 36.67% and 25.22% compared with the same period last year, with a total value of 2 million 712 thousand and 100 US dollars, up 16.33%.

A total of 2 batches of unqualified products were detected, with an unqualified rate of 5.26%.

Sweater

The pilling level is one of the most important indicators of sweater quality.

The factors affecting fuzzing and pilling can be summarized as: fiber quality, textile processing parameters, dyeing and finishing process, and wearing conditions of fabric.

Wool fabric itself has the fiber quality characteristics of easy pilling. If the raw material fiber is short and the subsequent sand washing finishing is not done in the production process, it will often result in low pilling grade and affect the quality of the cost.

The sweater made of special animal hair is a high-grade variety.

After cashmere carding, the goatskin can be spun into 16 or more wool yarn, and the sweater made of single yarn is 100~150 grams each. It is only a fraction of the ordinary sweater. It has good thermal insulation and soft handle.

Rabbit hair sweater is fluffy, soft, and has a special style. It can be used for pure spinning.

Nylon and other blended fabrics, the latter can increase the cohesion and strength of wool yarn. When sweaters are washed in washing machines, it is easy to cause felt shrinkage.

Therefore, anti felting finishing is necessary.
