Qilu Acrylic Fiber Factory Successfully Spinning Super Fine Short Fiber

In the pre spinning workshop 1, 2# spinning machine and post spinning workshop 6# water washing machine has carried out super fine short staple fiber trial spinning, and produced 900 kilograms of products.

Super fine denier fibers refer to fibers with a size smaller than 0.8 denier.

Because the fine denier fiber has a very small linear density, it is more fluffy and soft compared with conventional fibers. It has many excellent properties, such as warmth, moldy, light weight and waterproof. It is widely used in the production of high-grade fabrics such as suede, silk and ultra-high density fabrics.

In recent years, acrylic fiber plants continue to promote the development and industrialization of high performance acrylic fibers, and actively develop new products with promising applications to improve their profitability.

In February this year, the plant started the development of ultra fine denier staple fiber, and set up a new variety development team. The process technicians carried out in-depth research on improving spinning process, oil formulation and online drafting equipment, and explored the technological parameters of fiber forming.

They have overcome the difficulties of complex technological process and difficult production. They have made adequate preparations from personnel, equipment and materials, and have conducted 13 tests in spinning, washing and post-processing processes of acrylonitrile plant.

Trial production plan.

According to the Minister of production technology department, the super fine fiber has a price of about 1000 yuan per ton compared with the conventional short fiber, and the added value of the product is higher.

The factory intends to combine super fine denier fibers with anti pilling fibers to develop high-grade products.

The special material has broad market prospects.
