Sales of stock, season change, clearance, discounts and promotional activities are not exempt from the "three package" liability. However, there are 5 cases where three packages are not implemented. The 5 cases are marked with defective or defective products. Sales and other vouchers are not in conformity with the commodities or are altered; improper dress, self repair or human destruction; exceeding the "three pack" period or no "three pack" cards and sales vouchers; and the laws and regulations and state regulations exempt the "three package" responsibility.
