Generally speaking, when the grouting force is constant, the sizing speed is high, the size of the sizing roller is large, the pressing time of the sizing roller is short, the sizing rate is too large, the sizing is mainly, but the permeability is insufficient. When the yarn is divided, the yarn will be increased by Mao Yu due to the tear. When the speed is too small, the yarn size will be less, the pressing time will be longer, the sizing rate will be small, the sizing penetration is insufficient, and Mao Yu will not be effectively stuck, and the number of Mao Yu will still be very high.

The large pulp strength is good for sticking long hairs on 3mm and above, but not on short hairiness of 2mm. This is because the stiffness of short hairs is larger than that of long hairs, and the hairiness is not easy to lodge.

The movement form of the balloon directly reflects the spinning tension, affects the yarn's evenness and broken ratio. After the balloon control ring is added, the shape of the balloon is relatively stable, which improves the yarn quality and reduces the breakage rate.
At present, domestic cotton spinning frames seldom use air ring, but with the development and application of high-speed spinning and spinning doffer, it is imperative to configure air ring on ring spinning frame.
The balloon control ring divides the larger air ring into 2 smaller air rings. The pposition spinning is that the spindle does not spin at its corresponding front roller position and can maintain stable and normal gas figure yarns under the small spinning tension while spinning at the adjacent front roller position. However, the pposition spinning adds yarn to the spinning path and the encircling radius of the guide hook, which makes the spinning tension increase, the instability of the balloon shape, and also aggravates the trapping effect of the yarn guide hook. These factors will increase the weak section of the spinning section, which will easily cause the accidental elongation of the yarn, thereby increasing the coarse section and detail of the yarn.
Therefore, we should make full use of the advantages of pposition spinning to improve yarn hairiness, and try to avoid the deterioration of strip and the increase of broken ends.
A new idea is put forward in this paper, which is to install a movable air ring control ring on the basis of pposition yarn path.
The addition of a movable air ring control ring can reduce the hairiness of the yarn very well. This is because the balloon control ring not only makes the yarn balloon form divided into 2 smaller air rings from a larger air ring, but also makes the shape of the air ring always divided into 2 circles with nearly equal height, and the tension fluctuation is also reduced to a minimum. This makes the yarn shape of the output roller to the yarn guide hook stable, the centrifugal force of the yarn outward movement decreases, and the outward pfer of the yarn decreases, so that the yarn hairiness is reduced to a certain extent.
On the other hand, the shape of the balloon is stable, which reduces the degree of friction and the number of collisions with the spacer plate, and further reduces the yarn hairiness.
Practice has proved that under the condition of high-speed operation of the ring spinning frame, the movement of the balloon is one of the main reasons for the increase of the broken ends. This is mainly manifested in the high speed, the movement of the balloon is significantly deviated from the scope of work required by the normal balloon (2), so that the tension of the yarn increases significantly, and the balloon lacks a certain elasticity, which weakens the ability of the yarn itself to bear the tension change.
The movable hairball control ring reduces the hairiness reduction rate of the normal yarn path by more than 20%; while for the pposition yarn path, the yarn hairiness of the left commutator spinning is significantly less than that of the right pposition spinning, and the moveable gas ring control ring reduces the hairiness rate of the left pposition spinning 19.53%, while the hairpin reduction rate of the right pposition spinning reaches 30.56%.
When spinning fine tex yarn, the yarn hairiness of the pposition yarn path is obviously smaller than that of the normal yarn path.
This is mainly due to the change of the shape of the twisting triangle area by the pposition yarn path, thus increasing the pre tension of the yarn in the yarn.
After adding the movable air ring control ring, the yarn hairiness of the 2 yarn paths decreased significantly.
The movable balloon control ring can stabilize the shape of the air ring, reduce the yarn hairiness caused by the friction between the air gap and the spacer plate and the increase of centrifugal force.
On the basis of pposition spinning, adding movable air ring control ring is a kind of spinning method that is worth popularizing and reducing hairiness.
