    The company's products have not made any special marketing plan. We insist on making good quality products for gold products, and win customers with integrity management, leading quality and quality service.

    Over the years, Nantong Shuang Hong insists on improving quality as the top priority, tackling key problems in independent innovation, vigorously implementing brand strategy and upgrading industries, and always maintaining the leading edge of the industry.


    The company attaches great importance to long-term quality management. Since 2001, it has set up a quality tackling Committee, and has set up 8 tackling teams, including technology, special parts, operation, air conditioning, equipment, and foreign fiber. Each team consists of several professionals, and constantly tackles key problems in product quality assurance and upgrading.

    Over the years, the company has been focusing on tackling quality problems such as single dye, stripe, Saiko Sa, and other fibers through carrying out mass management activities such as QC group, promoting advanced quality management techniques and methods, making fine yarn, attacking high-end customers and achieving good results.

    In 2011, the company QC and Feilong group won the excellent quality management team of the national textile industry.


    Reporter: it can be seen that the company attaches great importance to the quality of products, so what special jobs have the company done in improving the quality of products? What aspects do they pay more attention to in the development of new products?


    Ji Yijun: Shuang Hong Company invested 15 million yuan in 2009 to create the new fiber spinning engineering technology research center of Jiangsu province. It has built 3000 new product research and development base and equipped with professional talents to realize the new product design, trial production and test.

    Through optimizing the allocation of industrial resources, keeping abreast of market frontiers, developing and developing the best selling products in the market ahead of time, we adhere to the product development strategy of "eliminating a batch, producing a batch, developing a batch, and storing a batch". Through continuous technological innovation, we strictly produce quality products, producing new products of "high, new, fine and special". We aim to lead the market, make full use of the new product strategy, and gradually establish a complete set of new product development, production and marketing operation mechanism, forming a virtuous cycle development mode, and constantly form the company's new economic growth point.


    Through vigorously implementing product innovation, the company continuously improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.     Since 2011, we have developed non cotton functional yarn, compact spinning and Siro compact spinning. We have developed more than 100 kinds of products, namely, super Imitation cotton, moisture absorption and sweating, cashmere polyester, organic cotton, modal fiber, dyeable polypropylene fiber, sericultural protein fiber, Porel fiber and other more than 20 kinds of fiber products. 5 products have won the high-tech products of Jiangsu province and fill the domestic blank.

    In 2011, the sales revenue of Shuang Hong Company's new products accounted for a substantial increase in the total industrial output value, the output value of new products reached 60.8%, the sales profits of new products accounted for more than 60% of the total sales profits of the company, the sales revenue reached 748 million yuan, and the net profit rate reached 7.8%. The company was awarded the product development award of the China Textile Industry Association.

    At present, the company is using advanced international vortex spinning technology to develop super Imitation cotton, organic cotton, modal, polyester cotton, polyester sticky and other new yarns.

    Ji Yijun: as the production base of Chinese synthetic fiber blended yarn, we have always insisted on making high quality yarn and carrying out the business philosophy of "using the best raw materials, spinning the best yarn and climbing the highest Pro", and always focus on customers.

    "Using the best raw materials, spinning the best yarn, climbing the highest affinity" is the golden brick that Shuang Hong people knocked on the market door. The so-called "climbing the highest Pro" is in the understanding of Shuang Hong people, that is, strive to produce fine yarn, climb up the end customers, sophisticated customers, lead the market and occupy the market.


    The company's main business strategy for sophisticated customers has promoted the market share of "Shuang Hong" premium yarn. "Shuang Hong" premium yarn has been recognized by top domestic customers and world-class brand users. At present, there are more than 4000 stable customers of Shuang Hong Company. The company's products have become the preferred matching yarn for top customers such as top ten knitting and dyed fabrics in the whole country.

    Reporter: now the whole industry situation is not optimistic, raw material prices fluctuate, labor costs rise, coupled with the impact of foreign markets, the general pressure on enterprises, the current company's operating conditions, have you encountered such difficulties?


    Ji Yijun: since 2011, due to the fluctuation of market raw material prices, the increase of production and financing costs, the change of RMB exchange rate, and the lack of international market demand, the overall operation pressure of the textile industry has increased.

    Nantong Shuang Hong Textile Co., Ltd. adheres to the scientific development strategy of "creating benchmarks and making fine products". It focuses on the main business goal of producing high-grade knitted and yarn dyed yarns, and strives to be "strong, professional, brand oriented and differentiated" and strive to be the strong leader of new fiber spinning.

    In 2011, the company achieved sales of 1 billion 220 million yuan, profits 54 million 900 thousand yuan, profits and taxes 103 million yuan, the company's production and marketing rate of 100%, the rate of return of goods 100%, the enterprise won the Chinese chemical fiber blended fine yarn production base, the Jiangsu provincial quality management award.

    In the ranking of economic efficiency indicators of China's cotton textile industry in 2011, the main business income, export delivery value, per capita profit and tax and labor productivity of Nantong Shuang Hong Textile Co., Ltd. rank the top 100 in the country.

    In the economic benefit index of the chemical fiber spun yarn industry, the main business revenue, per capita profit and tax and labor productivity of the company are ranked the top ten, and the delivery value is the top five.

    Since the beginning of this year, the overall situation of the textile industry has decreased significantly compared with that of last year. The large inventory of many spinning enterprises has also had an impact on our enterprises. At present, our company's overall operation is in good condition, and the production and marketing rate remains above 98%.


    Reporter: what do you think of the development of the company and even the whole cotton spinning industry?


    Ji Yijun: China's cotton textile industry experienced a period of rapid development during the "11th Five-Year" period. The overall level of equipment in the industry has been improved, and the total volume has been developing by leaps and bounds, but at the same time, it has also brought disadvantages.

    First, because of the large scale, the disorderly competition among enterprises, the serious homogenization of products, the squeezing of profit margins, many enterprises have difficulty in operation. Two, the quality and management level of enterprises are difficult to follow up, and the efficiency is low. Although many enterprises do not make money in starting up, they dare not stop working to ensure workers' stability. Three, with the rapid development of the economy, the increment of all kinds of raw materials is obvious, leading to relatively tight resources, and the cost of raw materials, manpower, production and financing has risen sharply, leading to the rise of enterprise costs and the reduction of industry profits.

    Four, it is unreasonable for cotton spinning enterprises to undertake the cotton tax rate, and the difference between domestic and foreign cotton prices is higher, narrowing the profit margin of the industry.


    In terms of our development, we have also encountered the above problems. We also find that the quality of the personnel of the enterprises is no longer compatible with the existing advanced equipment level. The proportion of older employees is increasing, while young people are reluctant to enter the textile mill. Especially in areas where our coastal economy is more developed, the private economy is developing rapidly, and the attractiveness of cotton spinning enterprises is declining, recruitment is difficult, and recruitment of high-quality employees is more difficult.

    Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen staff training, give full play to staff potential and equipment efficiency.

    At the same time, we must make breakthroughs in product quality, achieve steady progress, keep ahead and occupy the market.

    In terms of enterprise management, we must make innovations in efficiency, and strive to achieve potential synergies through improvement of methods, process reengineering, personnel diversion and post merger.

    Ji Yijun: as a spinning enterprise located in the economically developed coastal areas of the east coast, with the development of the times, it has profoundly affected the development, growth and even future survival of traditional textile enterprises.

    We believe that opportunities and challenges are always coexistence. With the improvement of people's living standards, people's perception of comfort, environmental protection, safety and brand degree is further improved.

    We should continue to improve product quality, develop high value-added products, constantly choose new target markets, and implement differential competition.

    The trend of non cotton textiles in China and the world is obvious. During the "12th Five-Year" period, we will take the development of functional, differentiated and comfortable, environmentally friendly new fiber yarns as the main direction.
