However, the operator thinks that Mr. Hu's shoes are degumming, but it is not serious and has been repaired for him. The "three package" requirement of footwear must be "seriously degumming". These shoes are not serious.

In view of the situation of both sides, the staff of the county Consumer Protection Committee inspected the shoes on the spot, and found that although the shoes had been repaired, problems still existed.

The staff then contacted the Hangzhou distributor of the brand. The general distributor said he did not know the repair situation, that is to say, if the shoe was sent to the Hangzhou special repair department for repair or problem.

Finally, with the approval of the general distributor in Hangzhou, the operator finally agreed to replace the new shoes for Mr. Hu.
