The company specializes in the production of protective safety shoes, and the office offers various safety footwear samples, such as oil resistant, anti-skid, antistatic, anti smashing and stabbing, etc., mainly sold to some industries such as petroleum, steel and electric power.
Inspectors found that the safety shoe sales company won the "national industrial product production license" in December 29, 2007, but before that date, it had started selling safety shoes produced by Takura Hiroshi Hai leather products Co., Ltd.
The inspector asked the seller to take the production license of the place of origin company. After half an hour, Taicang sent a copy of the production license to Shanghai, which was confirmed by the inspectors.
Although the relevant license is complete, the inspector said that the company did not sell the shoes of other manufacturers before taking the license.
In addition, according to the regulations of the state, the production license number must be marked on the outer packaging of special labor protection products, and the inspectors found that all the samples of the safety shoes samples were not marked with the production license number.
Special labor protection articles are products that protect workers' safety and health in special operations.
In order to ensure the quality of labour protection articles and protect the health and safety of labourers, the State implements a production permit system for industrial products for such products, and enterprises that have not obtained industrial production licenses shall not produce them, and sales dealers shall not sell special labor protective articles produced without certificates.
