Red Dragonfly Compete With Shoe Industry Terminal With GT Concept Store

On the 23 day, the Red Dragonfly Group's 5 GT (integrated) concept store opens in Hangzhou. In the next 3 years, this form of shop will be one of the main models of red dragonfly, and plans to develop to 500.
At present, the Red Dragonfly Group also includes leather products, clothing, accessories and other products besides footwear products.
The integrated store mode has changed the way of single store sales in the past, and sold them in the same store.
Qian Jinbo, chairman of the Red Dragonfly Group, told the first financial daily that at present, most of the footwear and clothing products are in the form of store counters and one store and one store.
But at present, the layout of the counter has changed. The shoe counters which often appear on the one or two floor have been pferred to the more profitable cosmetics. In some shopping malls in Shanghai, the Red Dragonfly men's leather shoes are even placed on the five floor of the shopping mall.
On the other hand, the rise in store rentals is also a big problem for red dragonflies.
Qian Jinbo said that the use of integrated store mode can increase the effectiveness of every square meter in the store, and it is expected that the rental pressure of the integrated store mode will be reduced by 15% than that of the single store.
In fact, the integration store mode is popular in Europe and America. Qian Jin Bo said that the introduction of this concept is the first time in footwear enterprises.
In the future, the Red Dragonfly integrated store mode will be gradually pushed away nationwide. There will be more than 30 shops opening this model by the end of April this year.
Red Dragonfly will expand the mode by adopting new shop or original monomer store.
"The price of the products in the integrated stores will be between 300 yuan and 700 yuan, and we will choose to promote them in the provincial capitals of the whole country. This year and next year will be concentrated in the southern and coastal cities, and will be promoted to the mainland and western cities after 2009."

According to the plan of red dragonfly, the integration store mode will develop to 500 in the next 3 years, and the sales of Red Dragonfly will reach 5 billion yuan.
At present, many agents have expressed their wish to turn their single store into an integrated store mode.
No matter for the expansion of channels or terminals, red dragonfly still has great demand for funds.
Yesterday, Jin Bo told reporters that the red dragonfly has been confirmed to be listed on A shares, but the exact time is not yet decided.
At present, the red dragonfly is in the guidance period of listing.
