Fuzhou Inspection And Quarantine Bureau Promotes Textile Exports

Since this year, the Fuzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau has carried out the activities of "lower the grass-roots level and the visit to the people", and put forward the help measures to promote the export of textile products. Preliminary results have been made, and the export of infants in Fuzhou has been achieved.

The 4598 batch of products, $105 million, grew by 24.7% and 16.6% compared with the same period last year.

There are 302 export enterprises of light textile products in Fuzhou area, with an annual export volume of about 2 billion US dollars. The textile industry is also an important growth point for Fuzhou's foreign trade and economic cooperation.

Since the beginning of this year, the Fuzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau has launched the "grass-roots level and public sentiment" activities, and targeted measures to promote textile exports. Preliminary results have been achieved. Fuzhou exported 4598 batches of children's footwear products, 105 million US dollars, an increase of 24.7% and 16.6% over the same period last year.

The Fuzhou inspection and quarantine bureau takes four measures: first, to implement various preferential policies, and to "reduce" and "fast" to reduce the cost of enterprises.

In order to implement the waiver and fee waiver policy, in the first half of the year, a total of 10 thousand and 600 certificates of origin were issued for textile products enterprises to help enterprises get 20 million 420 thousand dollars in foreign tax relief. Through the implementation of convenient measures such as direct access, green channel, credit management, paperless inspection and paperless customs clearance, all efforts were made to speed up customs clearance and reduce the cost of textile products enterprises by 8 million 550 thousand yuan.

For enterprises to implement "one factory and one strategy" counterpart assistance, give guidance to enterprises in establishing and improving the quality management system, classification management, credit rating, laboratory construction and rational configuration of testing instruments and equipment; and provide good guidance for enterprises in product design review, raw material inspection, production process control, product inspection and inspection, and promote enterprises to improve product quality; collect information on foreign technical regulations, especially the contents of EU RAPEX and the US CPSC, and organize training courses, perfect the "Fetion" communication and visit enterprises and other channels, so as to promote enterprises to improve their daily quality control level.

Three, we should deepen the reform of inspection and supervision mode and speed up the inspection and release of ports.

On the basis of the classified management and credit management of export enterprises, the concept of risk management is applied to promote the new mode of inspection and supervision of textile products with the core content of "tight supervision of high-risk projects and rapid release of low-risk products", and shift the focus of work to high-risk enterprises and high-risk projects, and substantially reduce the sampling batch of enterprises with low product risk, high credit rating and stable quality.

Four is to guide enterprise brand building and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.

We should strengthen the enterprise's awareness of "independent brand", help enterprises establish and register their own brands, make full use of the advantages of inspection and quarantine departments in information and technology, help enterprises formulate their own brand product internal control standards, improve the quality management system, and promote the steady improvement of product quality and the export of independent brands.
