3000 Employees In The World Shoes And Clothing Company

Reporters learned yesterday from the Jinjiang Federation of trade unions that the global shoe and clothing company has sent the list of employees to the Federation of trade unions to apply for mutual assistance.

The staff members said that employees participated in group mutual aid, and the mobility of workers could be substitutes naturally, with a replacement ratio of 3%.

According to this calculation, 3000 employees of the whole world participate in group mutual assistance. If the old staff are away from the factory, the new employees can come in naturally, and 90 employees can be substituted according to the ratio.

During the period of mutual assistance, if the subsidy does not exceed 20% of the total amount of mutual aid paid by the unit, second months after the expiration of this mutual assistance period, 20% of the total amount of mutual aid paid by the unit shall be deducted from the paid subsidy, and the remaining part shall be allocated to the trade union of the unit as the medical security fund for the staff and workers of the unit.
