1 biological polishing (enzyme finishing)
The surface of the microfiber, the surface of the fabric is greatly reduced, becoming smooth and not pilling. (enzymatic hydrolysis and mechanical impact together remove the end of the fabric surface and make the fabric become clearer and brighter). Practice has proved that this method has a lasting effect on reducing the pilling effect, because the fiber ends are removed instead of being covered in the original place, but attention should be paid to the loss of fabric strength and partial weightlessness. Cellulase is used for cotton and polyester / cellulose fiber blended fabrics. Wool or polyester / wool blended fabrics are polished with suitable biological protease. Biorefining is to use cellulase to improve the finishing process of cotton fabric, so as to achieve durable anti pilling function and increase the smoothness and softness of the fabric. Therefore, we must strictly control the technological conditions, otherwise it will cause enzyme inactivation or serious damage, serious weightlessness, and large quantities of fabrics are not very suitable (with cylinder difference), so some knitted dyeing and finishing factories are reluctant to apply this method.
2 mild shrinkage method (mainly used for wool fabrics, such as sweaters and wool knitwear).

Therefore, the friction coefficient between the fibers is enhanced, so that the fibers are not easily slipped out of the yarns when they are subjected to friction, and the pilling phenomenon of woollen sweaters and other fabrics is reduced. At present, it is generally used to improve the pilling resistance of fabrics such as worsted sweaters by means of mild milling. Its technological process is: Sweater infiltration - mild shrinkage - Cleaning - dehydration - drying.
3 resin finishing

Resin is a variety of polymers, the use of resin on the surface of the fiber chain reticulated function, so that the surface of the fiber wrapped a layer of wear-resistant resin film, the resin film to reduce the slip of the fiber; at the same time, the tree finger evenly interlinked in the surface of the yarn, so that the fiber end adhered to the yarn, friction is not easy to pilling, so it can effectively improve the resistance of the sweater.
Selection of resin
The selected resin must have a strong adhesion with the fiber, and at the same time, it should have some strength. After finishing, it should have better elasticity and smooth and non sticky handle. The adhesive film does not affect the color fastness and gloss of the dyestuff. No irritation on human skin. No odor, tree finger performance is stable, easy to use, reliable, low price.
At present, the general resin (acrylic self crosslinking tree finger) has been unable to meet the high requirements of customers for fabrics, because some anti pilling agents (resins) have been hardened after processing, the strength has decreased, the color of the treated materials has changed, and some resins have to be baked at high temperature. Foreign countries have been phased out, and gradually develop a new generation of anti pilling agents. The main products are polyurethane based polymers and organic silicone resins. Now these products have been produced in China and have been widely used in the production of knitted fabrics for anti pilling.
