As the manager said, the industry interviewed by this interview attributed the sluggish performance to the continued downturn in the macro economy and the rising cost of human resources.
In April of this year, Wan state finally raised wages for its employees.
In an interview with reporters, Zhang Li, who claimed to have worked in Wan bang for 8 years, said that her basic salary is 990 yuan, which is because the company has increased the basic salary of 90 yuan.
"This is the first time the company has given us a raise."
She said.
Li Yanyi said that in April, it was the first time that Wan Bang had given her employees a basic wage of 90 yuan since she worked.
It covers an area of 400 mu, and it takes at least 40 minutes to walk around the company.
Here, the monthly wage increase of 100 yuan means that the state will spend more than 700 thousand yuan a month.

In 1996, in order to seek pformation, Wan gave up other customers and focused on the Adidas family.
The latter has at least 300 foundries in China to produce all kinds of products for its OEM and enter terminal retail channels through its trading companies.
The manager said that the performance of Wan Bang this year was mainly due to the macroeconomic impact.
He said 10000 orders in the first half of this year fell by about 30%.
People familiar with the matter say that Wan bang, a Taiwanese capital company, always has a plan to go public, so they have a more cautious attitude towards media interviews.
