On suspicion of counterfeiting a registered trademark, Xu was arrested by Feng Li police station for criminal detention according to law. 7 workers were involved in the production under the condition of knowing that they were counterfeit goods. They were also monitored for residence on suspicion of the same charge. The case is under further trial.
