What should I do?
In 2003, in the light of the idea of reserve products, Daji company embarked on the R & D journey.
At that time, it was aiming at the research institutes, enterprises and institutions that conquered nano ceramic knife technology, and there were more than 50 domestic enterprises.
Only one of Daji company can persist in realizing industrial production so far.
Technology is inferior to that of scientific research institutions, and strength is inferior to that of large enterprises.
Where does Daji win?
Winning is sticking to it. There are more than 30 processes before and after the nano ceramic knives. The production process is complex, the product flow is long, and every link is insurmountable.
Since 2004, the researchers have been trying to find a way across the river.
In 2008, nano ceramic knives were finally developed.
In January 2009, Daji nano ceramic knives technology was awarded the national patent, which is also the eighth patented technology obtained by Daji company.
Nano ceramic knives quickly occupied the domestic scissors market. The average price of industrial scissors jumped from 60 to 100 yuan to 220 to 280 yuan, and the average price of civilian scissors jumped from 30 to 50 yuan to 80 to 120 yuan.

Nano ceramic knife technology solves the problem of easy oxidation and durability of cutting edges, but the traditional hardware production line of scissors still needs improvement.
In June 2009, Daji company decided to develop the most advanced ceramic knife production line by ourselves. Chen pin Guan led the R & D team to contact the experts of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and visit Japan.

In 2010, "6? 18", Daji company and the Chinese Academy of sciences joined the appropriate technology, decided to start the third technical pformation of the production line, and change the forging of scissors from semi-manual and semi mechanical processes to semi-automatic and computerized micro control manufacturing, so as to improve the quality and productivity of the products.
After the third technical pformation, Daji company got twelfth patents, and was also recognized as a provincial high and new technology enterprise.

Today, 60% of the profits of enterprises come from nano ceramic knives.
In the first half of the year, the domestic market share of the company reached 32.6%, sales increased by 35% compared to the same period last year, ranking third in the same industry in the whole country, ranking first in Fujian.
