The park is jointly invested by 5 enterprises led by Wenzhou chamber of Commerce in Sichuan province. The total area of the park is about 130 mu. After the completion of the project, 23 famous shoemaking enterprises will be settled. Most of them are small and medium sized enterprises coming from coastal areas. The annual output value can reach 300 million yuan, and nearly 10000 workers will be employed.

"Now there is a market segmentation in the shoemaking market. Most of the enterprises attracted by Jintang are producing single women's shoes, and the products will be exported to all parts of the world."
