    So there must be an external condition, that is, heating.

    This is also a fatal factor that restricts its development. At the same time, it is also the reason why some printing factories in China are not interested in thermosetting ink.

    However, thermosetting ink printing also has many advantages. It will not block the net and crust for a long time, so the utilization rate is very high. Especially in screen printing, its color reproduction rate is unmatched by other pigment printing.


    The characteristic of glue printing is acrylic resin water-soluble colloid, which can be dried naturally.

    It is formed by evaporation of water and conjunctiva. The solid content is between 10% and 25%. Conjunctiva is a contractile conjunctiva.

    So the surface of the conjunctiva after drying is very smooth, but its covering rate is much lower.


    We already know their filming process, so how do we finish the printing of the thermosetting ink on the machine? First, we need to press the pieces to press before printing.

    That is to say, after finishing the film, press the fiber structure of the cutting piece and press it with the press.

    The final result is the same as that of the gel printing, but the performance is much better than that of the mucilage, and the handle, washing fastness and color reproduction are no worse.

    But its disadvantage is that it can not be used together with the mixed printing process such as bronzing and flocking pfer printing.

    The most important thing to note in this printing process is that the hot melt adhesive must be on the top of the fabric, otherwise the washing fastness is very low.

    So this requires us to keep the place of hot stamping when printing, that is to say, we should leave a circular hole on the printing plan according to the diameter of the drill.

    So after we print all the colors, do not unload the cut pieces, put them on the drill and press them.

    Then remove the cutting piece and press the back of the piece to achieve the best fastness.


    Thick plate thermosetting ink printing


    This is the most difficult machine printing process, and it also embodies the advantages of the printing machine.

    Treadmill printing is achieved through repeated printing of a plate to achieve the printing process of thick plate, and the realization of this process on the machine, we need to complete by two plates.

    At this time, we are required to have a certain thickness in the plate making. The thickness of the sensitive film should be as low as 0.5mm, and the tension and angle of the two plates should be consistent so that the consistency of the two overprint can be maintained.


    When printing the first printing plate on the machine, we should pay attention to the following aspects:


    1. generally, the first printing plate should be printed with thick plate rectangular corner thermosetting ink.


    2. it is necessary to maintain "zero" distance from the net, so as to prevent ink from being extruded under repeated scraper pressure. When the first plate is printed, the angle between the blade and the plate is adjusted to (25~35) degrees, and the blade pressure is increased, and the number of scraping prints is more than 2 times to 4 times.

    It is to make the ink compacted and fill the crevice of the thick plate.


    3., we need to slow down the printing plate to make the edges clear.

    After that, the first roasting and drying is done.


    Matters needing attention in printing second block printing plates:


    1. second printing plates should be printed with coloured rectangular heat setting ink.


    2. before the last second plates, the pattern on the back of the plate will be cushioned on the longitudinal sides, with a certain thickness of net spacing. This step is very important.

    The thickness of cowhide adhesive tape is about 0.5mm.


    3. the length of the scraper is larger than the width of the printed pattern.

    By doing so, the thickness of scratch can be achieved two times.


    4. the angle between the scraper and the plate should be maintained at (75~90) degrees, so that the ink can be cleaned and scraped, and the frequency of scraping printing will be controlled 2~4 times.


    5., lifting is also the key. The lifting speed of the printing arm should be adjusted to the slowest.

    In this way, the edges of the printed edges will not burr.


    In combination with the above, the machine can print more complicated patterns, require the operator to have certain basic knowledge of manual printing, and use more brains and practice in the actual operation process, and then come to the conclusion, in order to complete the automatic mechanical special printing in the true sense.
