The 23rd Dalian International clothing Festival&Carnival and 2012 China (Dalian) International Clothing spin The Commodities Fair (hereinafter referred to as "two festivals and one meeting") will be held in Dalian from September 8 to 13. From 17:00 to 23:00, all vehicles are prohibited from passing through the 8 entrances to Huabiao Square, the Outer Ring Road of Xinghai Square and Guobao Bridge.

■ Opening ceremony of the Fashion Festival

From 13:00 to 23:00 on the day of the opening ceremony of the Fashion Festival on September 8, all vehicles (including buses) are not allowed to park on Huizhan Road, Huizhan East (West) Road, Kuihua Square, Xinghai Square Outer Ring Road, Central Ring Road, Huabiao Square, Central Avenue, No. 3 East (West) Road, No. 4 East (West) Road, and Guobao Bridge, as well as the parking lots near the street on the above sections. Vehicles parked on the above roads should be removed in advance.

From 13:00 to 23:00, all vehicles are prohibited from passing through the 8 entrances to Huabiao Square on the Outer Ring Road of Xinghai Square. From 17:00, vehicles (except buses) driving from the direction of Heishijiao, Zhongshan Road to Xinghai Square can only turn left and enter the Southwest Road to bypass; Vehicles driving from north to south in Lianshan Street can only turn right to enter Zhongshan Road. From 17:00 to 23:00, all vehicles are forbidden to pass through Huizhan East (West) Road, Xinghai Square Outer Ring Road and Guobao Bridge; Vehicles are only allowed to drive from west to east from the Guobao Bridge on Binhai West Road to the Financial International Conference Center; Vehicles traveling eastward and westward on Zhongshan Road are prohibited from entering Huizhan Road and Xinghai Square.

At around 22:00 (during the end of the show), the No. 3 West Road on Zhongshan Road to Wuyi Road and Taiyuan Street on Shengli Road to Lianhe Road were adjusted to one-way driving from west to east; Westbound vehicles on Wusi Road can only go to the ramp of the overpass in the south section of the western corridor; The ramp from Xinghe Street to Wusi Road, the exhibition bridge from Xinghe Street and Taiyuan Street to Zhongshan Road, and the Shengli Road to Golgi Road from Lianhe Road of the overpass in the south section of the western corridor are adjusted to one-way driving from south to north; From the Convention and Exhibition Bridge of Taiyuan Street to the National Treasure Bridge, it is adjusted to one-way traffic from north to south.

■ Float parade

During the city tour on September 9, before 18:00, from Wuyi Road on Baishan Road to Zhongshan Road, large floats were parked in the two rows of carriageways on the east side of the road. Vehicles passing this section shall slow down to ensure safety. Vehicles parked on the above roads should be removed in advance.

From 18:00, buses and social vehicles are forbidden to drive in the bus lane from Dongbei Road to Beijing Street on Zhongshan Road from west to east. Since 19:00, vehicles (including buses) are forbidden to pass from west to east from Wuyi Road on Zhongshan Road to People's Square; Vehicles traveling southward from Dongbei Bridge are prohibited from going off the ramp of Dongbei Bridge and entering Zhongshan Road. From 19:30 to 22:00, Wuyi Road of Zhongshan Road to Yan'an Road of Zhongshan Square will be completely closed. From 20:00 to 22:00, vehicles are forbidden from Yuguang Street of Baiyu Street to Jiefang Street, Tongxing Street of Shanghai Road to Zhongshan Square, Baiyu Street of Minkang Street to Zhongshan Square, and Zhongshan Square of Yan'an Road to Shengli Road. Vehicles are allowed to pass north and south before the parade team arrives at the intersection.

From September 10 to 12, float parade activities will be held at 19:00 every night in the main sections of Jinzhou New Area, Puwan New Area and Lushunkou District. The public security and traffic management department will temporarily implement traffic closure measures according to the on-site traffic conditions.

■ Music and Fireworks Ceremony

From 20:20 to 21:30 during the fireworks display in the eastern port area on September 12, Chunhai Street on Changjiang East Road to Gangwan Square and the original Haizhiyun Park on Huale Street to Chunhai Street were changed to one-way roads (except buses) running from east to west. During the fireworks display, double row parking is strictly prohibited on both sides of Huale Street carriageway.

The evening of the opening ceremony of the Fashion Festival will be entered by ticket. It is suggested that the citizens who go to watch it take public transport. The bus loading point parking area is located at the sections from Huizhan West Road to No. 3 West Road (Haoledi) on the west side of the outer ring road of Xinghai Square, from No. 3 West Road to Chemical and Physical Research Institute on the west side of Zhongshan Road, from No. 3 West Road to Huizhan Road on the east side of Zhongshan Road, and on both sides of Golgi Road of Heping Square, etc; If you are driving a private car, please park your car at the outer ring road of Xinghai Plaza from Huizhan Road of Xinghe Street to No. 4 West Road, Xinghai Xintiandi, No. 4 West Road to the International Yacht Port and other sections around Xinghai Plaza. The public security and traffic management department will adjust the limit time and scope in real time according to the on-site situation.
