ADI Is Awarded Compensation For Trademark Infringement.

Yesterday, the municipal intermediate hospital announced that the world famous sports brand "Adidas" sued the domestic brand "Philharmonic" case successfully. Before the infringement of the Philharmonic clothing and footwear industry (Fujian) Co., Ltd. and other 3 companies have paid more than 31 yuan compensation to Adidas company. According to Adidas, in 2003, Adidas bought a pair of sneakers produced by Philharmonic company at the Jian Li Jia store. This pair of sneakers, which were produced in September 8, 2002, used Adidas's "three slant" graphic trademark prominently. Subsequently, Adidas took the company to court and claimed 3 million yuan. After two trial sessions, the Beijing High Court concluded that the company's compensation for Adidas's economic losses was 250 thousand yuan, the company of the Philharmonic company, the klijia store and the Rui Guan company jointly and severally compensate the Adidas company for its economic loss of 50 thousand yuan and the 15060 yuan for accepting the case acceptance fee.
