Taiwan Imports Raw Material Processing: Export Tax Rebate Preferential Benefit Textile Industry

The expected amount of tax rebate will be 4 to 500 million yuan, although the amount is not much, but according to the current export performance of Taiwan, the implementation of policy assistance is still an incentive for the relevant industry operators.

Zhang Sheng he said that in the past, due to the fact that more than 4% of the raw material items were available, the cost of manpower and time was high. In the past, the industry may have to wait for 1 months, plus the amount of tax rebate is not enough, so it has not been opened.

However, thanks to the cooperation between the General Administration of customs and the Bureau of industry and the establishment of a visa online system from manual labor to online operation, the efficiency has been improved a lot, thus forming the technical basis for the opening of the tax rebate.

The industrial and Commercial Association will hold a business luncheon meeting in southern Taiwan every year. This will be chaired by Luo Jinming, the chairman of the Council, including the convenor of the Chia Nan Committee, Wu Junyi and the convener of the high screen Committee, Gao Guolun, and nearly 50 representatives.

After the meeting, Yin Qiming said that more than 4000 imported raw materials were under 4% of customs duties, of which 2500 were exempt from customs duties, and 1500 would be comprehensive rebates in the future.

Chen Rongdong pointed out that at present, as long as the gross profit margin is 2% to 3%, that is to say, the business sector is expected to make a substantial increase in export performance after a comprehensive tax rebate. The activation of small and medium-sized manufacturers can benefit from chemical, plastic, textile, electronic components, automobile parts and metal products.

Gao Guolun, chairman of Changxin chemical industry, believes that many chemical plants, including the company, import from abroad. This helps to earn profits for orders and notes. The higher the proportion of raw materials under 4% tariffs, the greater the benefit.

As for other proposals, including Zhuang Lianhao, director of the computer society of Kaohsiung, the southern industrial and commercial organization will soon be in operation.
