Shoemaking mainly consists of two main categories: injection molding and cold bonding.

Injection molding, also known as machine shoes, is directly injected into PVC, TPR and other materials with the help of a rotary machine. The shoe sole is formed at once. There is also PU (chemical name polyurethane) injection molding (machine and mold are not the same as ordinary injection molding).

Disadvantages: if there are many styles, it is more troublesome to change moulds, and the shoe is difficult to set, and it is not cold and sticky.

Cold sticky is what we usually call hand made shoes. Italy, Spain's famous brand shoes belong to this category.

Generally, cold and sticky pipeline processing (except for family workshops), cold soled soles are usually provided by factories specially responsible for shoe soles. If they do not have the sole mold, they need another mold opening. The general sole factory 1W has more than two free mold opening.

The method is to help the noodles to be finalized with plastic last and glue together with the sole.

Advantages: fine workmanship, better shoes.

Disadvantages: small daily output, high price, generally suitable for medium and above factory production to form a scale.

The difference method: the most distinct feature of a shoe that distinguishes cold and injection molded shoes lies in the sole, and the heel or edge of the injected shoe has a line, because the shoe is left out of the mold.

The cold soles of the shoe are glued to the surface and sole, so they can not be seen.

Besides, the shoes are made up of shoes, lining, lining, back and forth, Baotou, middle bottom (also called inch bottom), soles and so on.

Noodles: the material is generally made of genuine leather (LEATHER) or artificial leather. The material of the leather is uneven. The best is the leather of the first layer. The texture is soft and the flexibility is good.

There are many kinds of artificial leather. The most leather I touch is PU leather. The thickness is made of silk. It is generally made of 80 silk. The good can reach 140 silk. It is suitable for producing a single layer of flour.

Today's most popular PU leather has rubbing leather, leather, froth, crazy horse, size, Napa, 18 lines, and so on.

Because the crazy horse leather has the texture like the real leather, and the effect is good, it is very popular now, but the price is very high.

Rubbing glue is the most classic leather. It has been popular for 10 years. Now there are many kinds of rubbing, and the effect is different. The color is deep and shallow, and it has a great relationship with the wax used. The price is moderate, but the work is difficult.

Now also has the simulation cowhide leather, the thickness achieves 200 silk above, the price is extremely high.

Lining and blanching bottom: materials are generally genuine leather, PU, PVC and so on. The skin of the leather is generally fitted with leather lining, which is comfortable to wear and has good heat dissipation and is not easy to produce "athlete's feet".

The average PU is much better than PVC, but the price is more expensive.

Soles are an important part of shoes. They have PU bottom, TPR bottom, PVC bottom and combined bottom.

The advantages of the PU bottom are light weight, soft texture and good handle.

Customers in the Middle East and Europe all like the soles made of PU materials, but they are expensive. (recently, the price of PU has increased dramatically, and the cost has been greatly improved. However, the price of shoes has not risen, causing many factories to be embarrassed). Nowadays, with polyurethane injection (PU INJECTION), it is also very popular because of its large production capacity and low cost.

The sole weight of TPR is moderate, and has a certain softness, but the price is cheaper than PU, and there is no peculiar smell.

The sole price of PVC is the cheapest, which is usually directly injected in the factory, but the cold soles are also useful for PVC materials. The quality of the soles can be hard and soft by adjusting the preform, but the PVC sole has a little peculiar smell, because it is a plastic material. If the oil is mixed with plastic, the flavor will be very weak. But if you use the oil back, it will be very pungent and uncomfortable. In fact, it depends entirely on the credibility of the factory.

Other parts, such as the sole, are only on the middle of the sole and the side. The material is single.

Baotou is actually a layer of cardboard, in millimeters, the quality of Baotou produced in Taiwan is better, and 1.7mm's Baotou is already very good.

It is mainly used in toe and heel to make shoes look angular and play a role in strengthening shoes.
