Wang Wei: in 2010, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the "printing and dyeing industry access conditions (Revised Edition)", and explicitly put forward the announcement to eligible enterprises.

In January this year, the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the notice of the Ministry of industry and information on Interim Measures for the administration of admittance notices in printing and dyeing industry. It required all industrial departments in the region to organize enterprises to declare and conduct on-the-spot examinations in accordance with the conditions of entry, and recommend more than 200 enterprises to the Ministry of industry and information technology in more than 900 enterprises.

The popularization rate of condensate cooling water and alkali recovery is relatively high, and the popularization rate of clean water diversion and reuse of secondary water is not high.

The application of advanced technology for energy saving and emission reduction needs to be improved.

There is great potential for improving enterprise management level.

Meticulous management is an important direction of pformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing industry.

In the more than 200 reporting enterprises, there are only about 90 enterprises in the ERP management system.
