How To Pfer Garment Industry

Yang Jun, deputy director general of the China Federation of textile industry, vice chairman of China Textile Industry Association, Li Jincai, President of China Textile Industry Planning Institute, Li Jincai, vice chairman of China Knitting Industry Association, Donghua University, Gu Qingliang, Anhui Provincial Textile Industry Association, vice chairman of Anhui Textile Industry Association, Liu Manli, vice chairman of Shaanxi Textile Industry Association, chairman of Anhui Huamao Group Co., Ltd., and industrial pfer pilot park from Anhui Huamao International Textile Industrial City, Shaanxi Xianyang New Textile Industrial Park, Hunan Lun garment industrial park, and more than 80 people in charge of industrial parks who are applying for trial, and heads of related enterprises, attended the conference sponsored by the China Textile Industry Federation industrial pfer office. Wang Tiankai, President of China Textile Industry Federation, Zhang Junyi, vice mayor of Anqing, Cao Yunfeng, director of industry layout department, Ministry of industry and policy, Ministry of industry and commerce.

Wang Tiankai analyzed the current textile industry from the aspects of production, domestic sales, export, investment and efficiency.

The operation trend of the industry points out the international and domestic environment and problems faced by the industry, and the work that should be done to promote the pformation, upgrading and steady development of the industry.

This paper introduces the relevant situations and key problems of the national industrial pfer, and indicates that the next step will be to strengthen policy research in finance, taxation, credit and environmental protection.

Professor Gu Qingliang talked about the trend of the domestic and foreign textile industry pfer and the characteristics of the industrial pfer.

Zhan Lingzhi introduced the development of Huamao International Textile Industrial City in Anhui, and talked about the way to learn from other parks. Li Zhongping, director of the Management Committee of Xianyang Xinxing Textile Industrial Park, and ye Tian Yi, deputy general manager of Hunan's clothing city, introduced experience in financing channels, construction mode, pfer mechanism and extension of industrial chain.

Finally, Yang Jun stressed in his conclusion that we must re recognize industrial pfer and park construction in the current international and domestic environment. Only by correctly understanding the pfer can we grasp the opportunity of pfer and realize the industry.

He summarized the good experiences and practices explored by the pilot park, pointed out that the park should strengthen communication, try to establish a fixed contact mechanism, conduct discussions and discuss the good practices of improving the development level of the park, and put forward that the state should strengthen the industrial policy for the growth of cotton raw materials and the competitiveness of Southeast Asian countries, and indicated that the office of industrial pfer will strengthen the service of the pilot park in information collection, planning consultation, policy support and joint activities with the park.
