This kind of fabric is the most widely used clothing material, which is the down coat and feather sleeping bag. However, the late processing technology has great influence on the fabric's Velvet resistance.

3, ordinary woven fabric and velvet cloth

Generally, nylon or polyester with lower density are used. When making down garments, flannel cloth is added on the side of the garment fabric, which can play the role of anti fleece, and has good anti fleece performance.

The disadvantage is that the velvet cloth affects the softness of the down jacket and increases the weight of the whole garment.

The most important thing is that if the use of low-grade anti velvet cloth, the air permeability of down clothing will be greatly reduced, and after washing, composite fabrics will be excellent waterproof, moisture permeability and wind protection and warmth retention in one, with obvious technical advantages.

It uses composite technology to combine ordinary textile fabric with the excellent properties of high-tech film products, and prevent velvet from breaking or caking.

Another way is to prevent wool from processing. The technology is to coat a layer of anti fleece glue in the fabric, and the fabric feels very bad and is not airtight.
