In 1974, DuPont successfully developed a concentric round core type composite conductive fiber, which could achieve satisfactory results by mixing 1%-2% into textile processing. In 1978, the island type conductive acrylic fiber of Dongli, Japan, not only had good conductive effect, but also had good physical properties of fibers.

    To prevent the electrostatic accumulation of clothing, when weaving, the fabric of conductive fibers is mixed roughly or evenly.

    In the six and 70s of last century, the United States, Japan and other countries have developed the testing method of static electricity of textile fabrics.

    There is no testing standard for anti-static fabrics. The test of anti static clothing is referred to the Japanese anti-static safety guide. By the end of 80s, the testing standard GB12014-89 of antistatic clothing has been worked out.


    Our country began to study conductive fiber in the 80s of last century. From the end of last century to the beginning of this century, China has developed stainless steel metal fiber, nylon, polyester based carbon conductive fiber, nylon and polyester based oxide conductive fiber, which greatly promoted the production of antistatic fabric in China, and nurtured many professional development and production of antistatic fabric enterprises.

    Especially with reference to the antistatic fabric standards in Europe and America, the GB12014-2009 anti-static fabric and clothing standards have been set up, so that the performance of our antistatic fabric has reached or even surpassed the performance requirements of Antistatic Fabrics in Europe and America.


    With the development of technology, people's safety consciousness is strengthened, and the requirements for safety protective clothing are getting higher and higher. Antistatic fabric is not only meeting the antistatic function. The difference between antistatic super clean fabric and ordinary antistatic fabric is mainly the concept of "super clean". The relative humidity is less than 30%, and the charged capacity of pure cotton clothes is the same as chemical fiber clothing under the relative circumstances.

    It also requires comfortable and multi-functional clothing, so as to prevent static accumulation of clothing.
