    The total amount of fiber processing has exceeded 9 million 200 thousand tons, accounting for more than 20% of the total textile fiber processing, and the output of nonwoven fabrics exceeds 3 million 200 thousand tons, with an increase rate of over 10%.

    Spunlaced nonwovens have more than 300 thousand tons of capacity and more than 170 production lines. Most of them are concentrated in eastern provinces such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Fujian. The width is mainly 2.4~3.2m, and more than 4m. Most of their products are mainly medical and health supplies.

    Over the past few years, the Spunlace production line in China has increased by 16~18 per year, most of which are made in China.

    Domestic equipment is cheaper than imported ones, but there is still a certain gap between production efficiency, automatic control and on-line detection.

    Affected by the economic downturn, raw materials and energy, the growth rate has slowed down this year.


    Our enterprises, such as Heng Tian heavy industries, Jiangsu Feilong, Ying Yang and Shuangfeng, have produced spunlaced nonwovens production equipment. These enterprises have played an important role in the rapid development of China's nonwoven fabrics.

    In the production of spunlaced nonwovens, high pressure water flow is used as a power source to make entanglement of fibers in the web and improve the strength of nonwoven fabrics.

    During the processing, the impact of the web through the water will produce some crumbs and dissolve some chemical oil, which will be carried away by the current.

    In order to reduce costs and save water resources, water should be recycled in Spunlace production.

    In order to ensure the cleanliness of water quality, we need to purify the production water.

    Remove mechanical impurities by filtering, avoid plugging water pinholes, and add some chemicals to remove colloidal substances from bacteria and water.


    There are some specialized water treatment enterprises in China, such as Jiangsu and Guangyang, which are matched with Spunlaced plants in China.

    In the process of water treatment, we use coarse sand filter with certain number of sea sand, and then filter cloth and fine filter to remove impurities in the water.

    Most of the filter cloth is made of needling filter bags, but this filter medium can not remove bacteria or filter out dissolved substances and colloids.

    The current separation membrane technology is effective for water purification.

    The separation membrane can be divided into hollow membrane, tubular membrane and flat membrane, etc. the flat membrane can be used here.

    The membrane is made of polyester and polypropylene fabric, and then polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride and other microporous filter membranes.

    The aperture of the membrane is adjusted according to needs. The pore size of 0.4 and 0.5 micron is used to filter mechanical impurities, and the flux can reach 4t/m2h~5t/m2h, which is equivalent to that of foreign products.

    The water consumption of production enterprises is relatively high, and the water consumption per ton of products is about 10~20 tons. Good enterprises can reach 4~5 tons, mainly due to the consumption of backwashing and drying evaporation of sand filtration, and the deteriorating water quality needs to be replaced.

    Excessive water consumption not only increases costs, but also does not meet the requirements of circular economy, especially in areas where water resources are tight. Therefore, adopting some new filtering methods, using new efficient filtration media and adding scientific management will greatly reduce water consumption and increase the rate of liquid rolling after spunlace, which can also reduce evaporation and reduce drying energy consumption.

    Water treatment equipment is an essential part of spunlaced nonwovens industry. If a large quantity of waste water produced in spunlaced nonwoven production process can be filtered efficiently, it will be very important for industry development and environmental protection.


    With the rapid development of spunlaced nonwoven industry in China, more water cycle treatment equipment will be needed, which is the direction of industry development.

    According to the characteristics of different industries, there are many ways of water treatment. But for the textile industry, its wastewater has the characteristics of organic matter and microorganism. At present, we are still short of water treatment technology and equipment for textile industry.

    How to improve the process and equipment to remove pollutants such as lint, fiber, oil and low molecular weight polymers in different ways is a key issue for the water treatment industry.


    We hope that the emerging enterprises such as Guangyang power will be able to research and develop more efficient and targeted process equipment for the textile industry, enhance the comprehensive technology, reduce the wastewater discharge in the textile industry, and promote the technological progress of China's spunlaced nonwoven industry.

    Xinlong company used the sand filter device provided by Jiangsu Guangyang power environmental protection equipment Co., Ltd. in 1997 on the spunlace line. After many years of operation, it was stable and almost maintenance free, which fully satisfied the requirements of Spunlace production.


    We found that Guangyang has a professional R & D team for the adaptation of technology and equipment, as well as a group of production, installation and commissioning professionals.

    On the basis of this cooperation, at the beginning of this year, our company also chose Guangyang's water treatment equipment for the new spunlace line. Its processing capacity is 150T/H. Its process is flat air floatation + sand filter + metal filter cartridge + single bag filter. The whole system adopts the fully automatic control mode. At the same time, our company is also responsible for the production, installation and commissioning of the negative pressure suction system and high pressure buffer ball. The company is responsible for the production, installation and commissioning of Guangyang.

    During the whole construction process, the Guangyang company was well organized and highly efficient, and completed the installation of the whole equipment ahead of schedule.

    Since commissioning and commissioning in June, the whole system is stable and easy to operate, which is beyond our expectation.

    The technology of spunlaced nonwovens has been introduced into China since 1995. The water treatment technology of spunlace industry in China has undergone many changes in different ways, such as plate type, melt blown filter core, stack type, bag type and air floatation.

    It is the most critical equipment in the water treatment system of spunlace industry, and it is one of the key factors that affect the operation stability and product quality of spunlaced nonwovens production line.


    In 2008, we built fourth spunlaced nonwovens production lines, and the circulating water treatment system of which selected the sand filtration equipment in Guangyang, Jiangsu.

    The sand filtration equipment in Guangyang has the advantages of thorough filtration, high handling capacity, low operating pressure, less backwash water consumption and low overall running cost.

    The fresh water outlet components of Guangyang sand filtration equipment adopt the new technology of filament winding to replace the traditional plastic drainage cap, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, small system pressure difference, easy backwashing and firm structure.

    The system has been running smoothly for more than 3 years when the system has been running for more than 3 years. In addition to the evaporation of spunlace cloth, the main use of the system is relatively low backwash water. If the backwash water is reused for two times, the water consumption per unit Spunlaced cloth will be further reduced, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction will be enhanced.
