When adjusting, the foot wrench is lifted up, the guide screw is loosened, and the presser bar is moved up and down, so that the distance between the presser foot and the needle plate is adjusted to 7-8 millimeters, then the screw is screwed up and then driven.
Another reason is that because of the loosening of the teeth and the movement of the teeth, the left and right sides of the teeth are shaken so that the material can not move forward regularly.
The treatment is to unload the needle plate.
Tighten the two teeth screws.
After tightening, install the needle plate, check whether the teeth on the two sides are rubbed with the edges of the needle slot. If there is friction, it will cause noise and machine weight. At this time, the needle plate must be unloaded again, the teeth screws should be loosened, the position of the teeth should be adjusted to the middle of the needle slot, and then the needle plate should be tightened after tightening the tooth screws.

This failure is due to the misalignment of the upper axle crank and the cam eccentric screw.

So the front and back of the fork move, and the fork drives the feeding axis and rack to promote the reciprocating movement of the teeth.
It can be seen that the eccentric position of the cam is very important.
The standard angle of the upper axle crank and the cam screw.
As long as the angle between the cam screw and the upper crankshaft is adjusted to 260-300, the material will not return.
When adjusting, the rear cover of the head is pulled down, and the cloth feeding cam can be seen, and the screwdriver is inserted into the inner part of the casing, and the cam of the delivery cam is loosened, then the screw is screwed to the upper shaft and bent to 260-300, and then the cam screw is tightened.
