Set up two brands to meet different customer needs
Before asking questions, Xu and we talked about that the company should set up two brand branches at different levels of customers, namely, Zhejiang Delong shemet Textile Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang's import and Export Co., Ltd.
Delong Smet is mainly targeted at high-end brand customers, mainly ordering, less stocking, and mainly domestic sales, less export.
And it is mainly aimed at low-end customers, which can provide stock service at the request of customers.
In terms of products, Delong shemet mainly interweaves and blended fabrics, such as TR, polyester cotton, Jinmian and other fashion products.
PDA is mainly composed of two pieces of chiffon and cotton padded jacket.

Xu said that the company has been working with the international information platform, and can get first-hand fashion information, fashion style and color information every quarter.
Not only that, the company leaders and development departments often go to Europe, America, Korea and Japan to understand the popular information in person, collect and sort out, and make product development according to customer requirements.
Xu disclosed that the company's recent product development has extended to the autumn and winter 2013, and its color will be mainly wine red, dark blue, yellow and neutral colors.

Independent development enables enterprises to survive in the market competition. Delong salmett has a strong development team, including professional fashion collection, flower design, fabric design and organization design staff.
In combination with information collection, project planning, two production brochures will be produced in the company's production department and planning department each quarter.
