Telephone clothing sales experts always say that there is no skill in making phone calls to customers. How do you make clothing sales? Negotiators say that negotiation skills are not grasped, and your clothing sales are definitely passive! Communication experts say that clothing sales without communication skills are definitely the worst selling clothing sales! Experts say that the phone calls to fight, rounds of rounds of negotiations, communication again and again, there is no deal, or even forget the order, you are not selling clothes at all!
Philosophy is: the most simple skills to play to the extreme, is the best way to win. I get the most answer: "we must first get a good relationship with customers, and customers first accept your people, then you will accept your products!" it is very reasonable. Isn't it? To establish good customer relationship with customers is not one of the most important skills of clothing sales. My usual practice is that no matter how many questions I ask below, no matter what answers the other side gives, I will write such an evaluation on the "interview opinion": "not suitable"! Those who get trial opportunities, their answer on this question is: "interest, only let the distributors realize the benefits, is the most important!" in the face of such a huge sales expert, you must be dizzy, but smart clothing salesmen naturally have their own way. There is no need to be relaxed.
This is actually very simple. If the distributor can't see the benefits, you will become a friend to him if you can't see him! The benefits are obtained from marketing, not from friends. This is the simplest marketing philosophy!
Selling skills
It will lose the foundation of win-win.
This is the typical realistic portrayal of relying too much on skills and simple problems. If you truly believe that those who become hardcore customers can do marketing well, then the result is: until your company is completely collapsed, you don't know why! Marketing is like a complete body. Every organ is very important. What skills can do is to make a garment sales link bigger and stronger, and even worse than a clothing sales link.
The same is true for businesses. You can only bring the skills of clothing sales to the top, and production, logistics, finance, human resources can not keep up with the company, and even logistics services can not keep up. Brilliant is also a flash in the pan.
There are only two exceptions in so many interviews. After knowing that they had not been accepted, they tried to find me in any way. The purpose was to ask: what was not chosen? I answered their questions honestly, and they left with conviction. But I wouldn't let them go too far. They received the trial notice on the second day! They are doing quite well nowadays because they are confident, cherish the opportunity and dare to seek the truth!
My sincere advice is never to think back to ask the interviewee, you will get the chance to be accepted. Most of the time, you will be disgraced. My personal experience is just to illustrate the point that people are discovering, not inventing themselves.
Marketers, in particular, must be able to discover their abilities through practice instead of inventing their abilities through skills.
