Jing Tian media: first of all, congratulations on your successful "Chinese bride" cultural activities. What is the background and significance of this event?

Guo Pei: this year's big theme is "Chinese bride", which includes two parts, one is "Dragon Story" and the other is "Chinese wedding dress" static exhibition. The story of the dragon is mainly about high fashion, which shows my creativity. The Chinese wedding dress is hoping to impress the Chinese people and promote the inheritance of Chinese wedding dress through my design, through the details and beauty of the traditional wedding dress. Marriage is the beginning of a family, and also a stabilizing factor for a large nation. To inherit a culture is not a matter of government or high-end minority, but a mass. From learning fashion design to now, 30 years, experienced the evolution of Chinese fashion, every step is my experience, so this issue is a deeper meaning, I hope it can become a milestone in my design for many years, and it is a responsibility.

Jing Tian media: you are the first senior in China. Custom made garments Designer. What do you think of the advanced customization industry in China in recent years?

Guo Pei: China's advanced customization has Chinese characteristics, which is totally different from French advanced customization. First of all, our advanced customization is not popular at that time, but it will find directions from the existing fashion, tell me your thoughts, and design only according to these elements, so our advanced customization is unique. Secondly, the service guests are very different. Customization is a kind of service, it is a kind of advanced service. I complete the service according to the process of developing products. From design, print, trial layout to adjustment, it is unintentionally consistent with the French standard of advanced customization. In addition, we are facing the masses. Some friends suggest that I should pick guests. But I think the more people who can't buy clothes, the more they need to make clothes. Even if they don't show my design perfectly, but this process can make her happy, I'm satisfied, so our request is not only the satisfaction of guests, but also our satisfaction, we hope to bring improvement and beyond imagination.

Jing Tian media: you have mentioned that advanced customization must be stylish, at the forefront of fashion and synchronized with international development. How do you integrate Chinese elements with international trends?

Guo Pei: it starts with my understanding of fashion and fashion. Fashion is artificial, deliberately created, is to achieve business, is a social summary, she needs a certain response, so you look at Shanzhai, in fact, is a response, if designers are independent, it is not popular. What is fashion? Fashion is the most admired in this era. It is the response of the people. Now the Chinese advocate a national spirit. So I reflect the state of the Chinese through my design to interpret the national feelings, so my design is fashionable. I am a person who goes all the way, not all in Chinese elements. I may not be in fashion. It may coincide with popularity. But I believe that classical things need to be precipitated. It must be the result of slowing down.

Jing Tian media: in the China International Fashion Week, we saw many Chinese designers' latest works. Are there any designers you like in the new Chinese designers? What is the status of Chinese designers in the international fashion world?

Guo Pei: from a designer's point of view, I tend to concentrate more on my focus, less concerned about the left and right sides, and less and less attention. For many young designers, they are not very familiar with it. As with painting, different expressions can not be said to be differences. They are not on one road. If I am more appreciative, for example, Marco, my works are very deep, and I am more expressive. We all have a firm heart and can not be shaken. I have a lot of vision, judgement, and a very complete inner world. The invitation was sent to the ambassadors of more than 60 countries, and they were all touched by my details. When I did "reincarnation", they did not believe that China had advanced customization, and doubted many of their embroidered laws. How did you do that? Now their attitude has changed and accepted you. I had no experience of studying abroad, and I thought it was a pity. But now, as a native designer, I am proud of it.

Jing Tian media: do you have plans to enter the overseas market?

Guo Pei: I didn't deliberately expand the overseas market. I believe it will happen. Other people's hopes can be achieved, so that the time comes when others expect you to surpass your ability. That's pressure. Why do I have to go to the doorstep of the family to show up, invite some two or three streams of media at a high price, and the audience also want to fill the scene from the invitation of the local Chinese restaurant. As a result, a show does not have any influence in the local area. Therefore, if you want to go out, you must be invited to the past, so it will be different in terms of salary and every aspect. Recently, with the invitation of the Red Cross, I will go to Switzerland to accept their appointment as director, and I will bring eight suits.
