The central provinces are more suitable for undertaking this historical task than southeast Asia and South Asia.

Compared with Southeast Asia and India, China's central provinces have considerable comparative advantages.

Such as infrastructure construction, some Southeast Asian countries and India can not compare with the central part of China; the quality of labor is also the same. Hubei's education is second to none in the whole country; and China's good political, economic and financial environment, how these countries can not match.
