After the P A. contest is launched, the enrolment players can display their personal cyberspace works on the website of the competition to get the online voting. The effect of the deadline is that the highest online popularity can be directly promoted to the finals; all participants must submit the effect map to the organizing committee.

After < p > B., in the late July, a preliminary evaluation of the design draft was conducted. 23 Chinese finalists and 7 International contestants (selected by the Asian Fashion Federation and the professional organizations in Europe and the United States) were selected to make the final events.

< p > C. all the shortlisted contestants will set up personal exhibition space on the competition website, and decide the annual Internet popularity award through the number of online voting.

The < p > D. final was held in Keqiao China Light Textile City in October 2013. The judges awarded the final results on the spot and presented the awards on the spot.

< p > 1. each work series is restricted to one to two people.
< /p >
< p > 2. entries shall be original, not infringing upon other people's intellectual property rights. Once they are found, they shall be disqualified from the competition.

< p > 3. the Organizing Committee of the competition is responsible for the pportation expenses and 3 days of board and lodging for the contestants to come to Keqiao.

The copyright of the work belongs to the organizing committee, and the organizing committee has the right to publicize, exhibit, publish, distribute, perform and launch small quantities of all entries.
